We want you as a customer to feel secure when you shop with us. Therefore, we have compiled the most common questions to help you quickly with your concerns and enable you to make informed choices. Should you, against all odds, not find an answer to your question, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
If you wish to cancel your order or parts of it, please contact customer service as soon as possible! If our warehouse has already processed your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it.
As a customer of ours, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal after receiving an item. The right of withdrawal applies to unbroken packaging.
Contact us at shop@herobility.com with your order number, and we will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the return.
The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59). The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

If you are shopping from a country outside Sweden, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for returns or exchanges, with the exception of incorrect deliveries or potential transport damage.
The Consumer Sales Act applies to the handling of complaints. The distance contract automatically terminates when the right of withdrawal is exercised for the order concerned.
For returns, start by sending an email to shop@herobility.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line, then describe what you wish to return. Place a note with your order number, your name, and the reason for the return inside the package and return the package to:

Once we have received your return and everything is approved, the money will be credited to your account.
Remember to pick up your package in time. If the package is returned to us as an unclaimed package, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of SEK 149 to cover fees and administrative costs.
Return processing usually takes 1–2 weeks. Once the return has been registered, we will issue a refund to you or update your invoice. We will, of course, also send a confirmation email once your return has been registered.
We will ship your package within 1-3 business days. During promotions and sales, handling time may be longer, approximately 4-6 days. PLEASE NOTE that our handling time is not the same as delivery time; once we have processed the order, shipping time from Postnord/FedEx will apply. Packages are delivered to your nearest service point. In Sweden, all packages are sent with Postnord (1-3 business days, 4-6 during sales and promotions).
Outside Sweden, we deliver with the following options; please note that delivery times may vary outside Europe.

Remember to collect your package in time. If the package is returned to us as uncollected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 149 to cover fees and administrative costs.
Your parcel usually remains at the post office for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse.
On the same day that the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with delivery information. The email contains a link for tracking the package; please note that the link will only become active once the package has arrived at the postal sorting centre. If the package has not arrived after the maximum handling time + 2 days, we recommend that you contact customer service so we can investigate the matter.
In the event of a complaint or returned purchase, you will receive a refund within 10 days from the day Herobility received your product.
